Happy Monday MJA supporters, we have had alot of progress in criminal justice reform with the numerous bills that were signed into law by Gov.Whitmer along with the bills advocated for by Lt.Gilchrist, rapper Meek Mill, and Reform Alliance for reform to Michigan’s probation and parole system. These are huge wins in criminal justice reform and sets the stage for our goal of bringing Good Time Back to Michigan, because #GoodTimeMakesGoodSense, feel free to use this hashtag on social media to spread awareness to our legislators and the public.
We know there has been alot of questions regarding the status of Good Time so we have 2 Q&A sessions Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 10am & Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 6pm via Google Meet ; We would like to also formally introduce our 5 board members and Executive Director who are working diligently on behalf of incarcerated citizens; We look forward to seeing everyone there!
